• Information you give us — when you fill out a free-estimate or contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, project type, and ZIP code. We also receive any additional notes you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically — like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages visitors view. GA4 sets cookies and records aggregated data such as the pages you view, the city and country you connect from, the device and browser you use, and how long you spend on the site. We do not receive your full IP address.

2. How we use your information

• To reply to free-estimate requests and schedule on-site visits.
• To follow up about an active or completed remodeling project.
• To improve the website by understanding which pages are most useful to homeowners.
• To comply with applicable laws — for example, recordkeeping required by Delaware contractor licensing.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Service providers we rely on

The site is delivered with help from a handful of trusted providers. They process information only as needed to provide their service:

• Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, and inbound email forwarding for our info@ address.
• Resend — delivers the free-estimate form submission to our inbox.
• Google — Google Analytics 4 (traffic measurement) and Google Fonts (web typography).

4. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies set by Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand site usage. You can opt out by:

• Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on .
• Enabling "Do Not Track" or a tracking-blocker in your browser.
• Browsing in private/incognito mode.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep estimate-request emails and project records for as long as we have an active customer relationship, and for up to seven years afterward for tax, warranty, and licensing purposes. Analytics data is retained for the default Google Analytics 4 period (14 months).

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what personal information we have about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete information we no longer need to keep (subject to recordkeeping required by law).
• Stop contacting you.

7. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
